## The Room

The available room is on the ground floor and is split into two areas:

* A spacious en-suite area (approx. **7m x 2m**) with room for a desk, extra storage or seating area. This space features a large original warehouse window and your own private door leading to a small outdoor alley/garden area.

## The Warehouse

This converted warehouse has six bedrooms in total. Five bedrooms share a large communal bathroom with a bath, shower and basin, while one room has its own en-suite.

The shared space includes:

* Plenty of cupboard and storage space
* Original warehouse features including vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light

## The Housemates

The current housemates include a teacher, a software developer, an artist, a dancer and a musician. We're a friendly, creative and inclusive household who enjoy cooking together from time to time, sharing the occasional meal or drink, and making the house feel like a home. We're social without being a party house, and everyone is respectful of each other's space, work and downtime.

One of the housemates occasionally dog-sits, so you'll need to be happy sharing the space with the occasional four-legged visitor.

We also have close friendships with the neighbouring warehouse units, creating a lovely community feel.

We're looking for someone who's after more than just a room to rent—someone who'd like to be part of a friendly, considerate household and contribute to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
