Hey Future Housemate!

We have a room available on the 19th of December in our beautiful sunny warehouse and we’re looking for a fab person to fit into our building's warehouse community.

Main points:

- Bills included (inc. internet, house kitty, weekly cleaner etc.)
- Deposit 1 month rent
- Large desk space in living room for co-working (WFH Life) and a lot of space to add more if needed
- Retail Park, Victoria Line and National Rail all within 10 min walk
- Super clean and tidy house
- Weekly super easy jobs rota
- Everyone has their own bar fridge, cupboard, and bathroom shelf
- Car parking available in large driveway downstairs

Natural light and ventilation is an understatement (not always a thing for warehouses!) as we are on the corner of a building and have half the roof as a sky light.

Would fit large bed, small desk, wardrobe

The Housemates:
Current housemates are so so lovely! One guy, 2 girls, late 20's working in event production, makeup artistry and film production.

The Area:
We are very well connected which is awesome when you can actually use the trains and busses without fear of dying. Other than this, all within 10 minute walk:
- Stations: Seven Sisters & Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line & National Rail)
- Marksfield park, the beautiful canal and the marshes which are beautiful
- Lee Valley cycling track
- Post office
- Retail Park - LIDL (yay), Argos, B&Q, Poundland etc.
- Sainsburys, Tesco
