Overview:
My name is James. I'm a 30 year old professional looking to let out my house. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and is fully furnished. Ideally, this would be 3-6 months let, but I am open to being more flexible depending on circumstances.

The house is a new build, situated on a quiet, private road with a parking space and garden. It also includes free access to a gym on the complex premises. It is located a 6 minute walk to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line and Overground).

It is available from November 16th. I’d ideally love 1 family / couple / group of friends to rent the whole property, but am open to offers otherwise. The house is my home so I'm looking for person(s) to treat it well :) Please reach out if you're interested!

The house itself:
It's a well-presented, 3 bedroom new build. The house is well apportioned at 1150 sqft (see floor plan in pictures).

Downstairs, the house includes a living room, separate dining room / kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Upstairs, the house holds 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom includes an en-suite and the other two are serviced by a large shared bathroom. It is located on a private road, a 6 minute walk from Seven Sisters station.

Timing:
I am looking for someone to rent the house for 3-6 months. The earliest the house is available is 16 November. I am willing to be flexible on the length of lease and open to considering a rolling contract.

Location:
The house is well connected by tube and overground - it is a 6 minute walk to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria Line). This will take you to King Cross in 8 Mins and Covent Garden in 17 Mins. Tottenham Hale Station also has a direct link into Stansted Airport.
