Room available in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat near Finsbury Park Station. Short term let’s only. Available on May 15 (flexible).

The room has its own large bathroom with a bathtub. The room itself is spacious, enjoys lots of daylight (south-facing). There is plenty of storage space under the bed and the flat is fully furnished.

This is a quiet flat and I would prefer a flatmate who does not work from home.

I am a professional who's been in London for 18 years. I have lived in Islington for a while and love having so many great shops and restaurants at my doorstep. There are also lots of nice parks for walks and runs if you're into that kind of thing.

Looking for someone who is respectful of the flat to share with, who is clean and tidy.

There is an open plan kitchen/living room. The property itself is a new-build and has a lift.

This is not a party flat. There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, the cost is an additional £22.5 per visit. All other bills are included. Rent is 1465 pcm and includes all bills and council tax. Can be pro-rata for shorter stays.
