Room available in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat near Finsbury Park Station. Short term let’s only. Available on Dec 9 (flexible).

The room has it's own bathroom with a bathtub. The room itself is spacious, enjoys lots of daylight (south-facing). There is plenty of storage space under the bed and the flat is fully furnished.

This is a quiet flat and I would prefer a flatmate who does not work from home.

I am a professional who's been in London for 16 years. I have lived in Islington for a while and love having so many great shops and restaurants at my doorstep. There are also lots of nice parks for walks and runs if you're into that kind of thing.

Looking for someone who is respectful of the flat to share with, who is clean and tidy. Prefer someone who does NOT work from home.

There is an open plan kitchen/living room. The property itself is a new-build and has a lift.

This is not a party flat. There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, the cost is an additional £22.5 per visit. All other bills are included.
