Big bright room for 3 weeks sublet only

I am subletting my room between 28th June and 19th July. I have 3 Flatmates, all girls, so ideally, I’m looking for a girl or LGBTQ+ tenant. I have a cat, who is coming in and out of the room, but feel free to shut the door if you don't want a cutie to hang around :)

The flat is near Holloway Road, bus 29, 21 or 17 takes you to the centre in 25 mins. Victoria Line (Finsbury Park) and Piccadilly Line (Holloway Road) are within 10 minutes of walking distance. Camden Town is 10 mins by bus, but also Hampstead Heath is a short bus journey away. There is Lidl, Morrison, Iceland just a minute away, and the best falafel wrap ever for only £3.5 right in front of the flat.

The price is £550 for 3 weeks, including all the bills, which is significantly cheaper than an Airbnb, hotel, or any hostel so if you are coming on a long holiday to visit London or in-between flat searching, it might be ideal for you. I will clear the clothing rail and the shelves for you to store your stuff, but I will also leave some of my own belongings in the room. I am happy to make as much space for your stuff as you need. We have a big terrace with a BBQ, shared kitchen and shared bathroom. I require a £200 deposit, which I give back the same day I get back the keys and if everything looks the same (no broken door, window and if I have all my furniture etc.).
