THE HOUSE: The house comprises a spacious and modern living area and kitchen, one bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub and a separate toilet (so 2 toilets in total!). It has an entrance hall where shoes, bikes and coats are kept and it has also a medium-sized patio (gardeners are welcome!).
THE ROOM: Available furnished or unfurnished. The landlady is planning to replace the wardrobe soon.
ACCESSIBILITY : Ground floor flat, one step up from the entrance hall to the flat and 1 step down from the living room to the garden.
You will be sharing with me Noemi, (she/her) 39 years old queer and demisexual professional. I have lived in this flat for 3 years now and treat it as at home and have a long-standing good relationship with the house owner.
I am not looking just for someone to fill the room but for a good match to share and enjoy the place respectfully. I don’t want to sound too prescriptive but if you reckon we have similar/compatible lifestyles please drop me a message telling me a bit about yourself and we can arrange to meet up! 🙂
A bit about me and my preferences:
I work in sustainability and I will be working 2-3 days a week from home. I am easygoing and friendly and I enjoy spending time with flatmates over a chat, dinner, or a cosy movie night but also value my personal space and quiet time. I keep the shared areas clean and tidy, but please note that sometimes I might have a slower pace in tidying up due to potentially mild ADHD. (it’s important for me to live with someone who is understanding and patient with this.)
I have friends over occasionally, but it'S not a too frequent occurrence.
I would prefer a vegetarian or a vegan flatmate and this is a no smoking, no drugs and no heavy drinking house.
*Viewings taking place this week and ealy next week*
DEPOSIT: £770
RENT& BILLS: The rent is £800pcm, it includes the broadband bill. The other bills are paid separately and average between ~£150 and ~£210 per person (some recent bills: May £155 March £160 Jan £210 Oct £147)
