This small double in Holloway is going to be available to rent for a year from Saturday 10th August, with likely possibility of renewal in September 2025. The room comes furnished with a double bed and desk (the rest of the furniture in the pic will be going). Your closet and shelves are located just outside the room on the communal landing.

Rent is £617 per month and the bills come to £150 a month but do become slightly cheaper during summer. £692 deposit. Council tax band D.

You’d be sharing the flat with two other lovely girls between the ages of 24-30 who are always up for a chat and doing stuff together, but also have their own thing going on. We’re looking for a woman of similar age to keep this dynamic going and it’s a queer friendly household.

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total, one living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and plenty of storage space.

The flat is very conveniently located, with Finsbury Park and Holloway Road tube a 15 min walk away, lots of bus connections, and a big Morrisons and Lidl a 10 min walk away.

The contract is up for renewal on 1st September for a year, so you’d technically be subletting from me for the last three weeks of August. The August sublet from the 10th until the 31st would cost £446 bills included, and you’ll start paying the full rent and bills cost after you’re on the contract from 1st September (rent is usually due on 28th of each month).
