**Room Available in Quiet, Chill House**

We are looking for a girl to take up a cozy single room available for rent in our relaxed four-bedroom house. The room has hardwood floors and is well-lit. Comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, and good external storage space.

This room is on the second floor of a 2 story shared 4 bedroom town house situated off seven sisters road on a leafy street. It has a shared kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms, a garden and a large garage for shared storage.

Very well connected location to the rest of London and beyond. Finsbury Park Station is 5 mins away (Piccadilly, Victoria and Thameslink) and there are plenty of buses within 2 mins walk from the house (4, 19, 29, 153, 253, 254, 259). Lots of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, shops, cinemas are within a walking distance.

The house is relaxed, quiet and tidy and the current housemates are looking for someone to match this. You will be living with 3 working professionals (2 girls, 1 guy - aged between 27-30) who split between going into the office and working from home.

The rent is £650 (from Jan £680) + bills which are usually around £120 a month split evenly among all housemates.

The room will be available from Sunday 15 December onwards with a yearly contract and six month break clause. We will be hosting viewings from the Monday 10 November, please message if you’re interested.
