**Room Available in Finsbury Park - Shared with 3 Irish Guys!**

Hey! As I am moving back to Ireland, my room is available in a friendly flat in Finsbury Park, available from the 16th of January. The current flat consists of a group of three Irish lads looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and sociable to join us.

**The Flat:**
- Spacious room with plenty of natural light
- Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk)
- Large shared kitchen and living area
- Bathroom with shower and separate toilet
- High-speed Wi-Fi and all the essentials
- Great location: 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines, National Rail)

**About Us:**
We're three Irish guys (mid-20s) who enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere. We tend to chill during the week, playing football and going to the gym and at weekends we're out and about in London. We’re friendly, respectful, and tidy, and looking for someone who’s on the same vibe.
