The flat is a spacious 3 bedroom with separate kitchen (including dining table) and living room. The flat is soon going to be fully refurbished and upgraded. There is also a big balcony.
The property is soon going to be fully refurbished to a higher quality, so the pictures you can currently see are what it looks like before the works, which are meant to complete by mid-October. Just in case, I've put the starting date for moving in for November, it might be possible to move in earlier if the works are finished sooner.
I am looking for 2 lodgers for the two available bedrooms (I use the master bedroom), but you don't need to know each other yet, feel free to reach out if you're interested in one or both of these two available rooms.
One bedroom is quite small, fits a single bed, desk and chest of drawers but really not much more than that (or double bed but no desk), however, there is a lot of storage in a hallway cupboard just outside the room.
The other available bedroom is a spacious double, with a double bed, space for a big wardrobe and a bigger desk.
The place comes with an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
Once the refurbishment is complete, it will be completely new furniture and I'd be happy to discuss what furniture to buy for the rooms including good quality mattresses with whomever decides to lodge with me.
Bills are around £190 a month per person (including council tax Band D, utilities, cleaner, high-speed internet).
A bit about myself: I'm originally from the Netherlands but have lived and worked in the UK for over 12 years now. I work in a management consultancy, mostly from home but am away up to 2 months per year (spread out) on work travel and family visits. I enjoy cooking, music (I'm a semi-professional and enjoy playing classical music), reading and exercise and do a lot of volunteering with a local charity on the estate.
