Description
Hi Everyone!
I’m Dan, and I currently live with Lewis and Emily — we’re all pretty chilled out and outgoing people, so the flat has a relaxed, friendly vibe. I’m moving out of my room at the start of November, and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement.
The Room:
- Spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light
- Comes fully furnished with a double bed (frame + mattress), wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The Flat:
- Located on the 4th (top) floor with lift access
- Open-plan living area, fully furnished – great for chilling or entertaining
- Private balcony – perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink
- Secure bike shed & 24-hour concierge for peace of mind
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Emily, Lewis has an En-suite
Your flat mates:
- Emily is a 28yo Aussie who works in tech sales. She’s a big foodie who loves cooking, running, watching movies and going out to gigs
- Lew is 31yo who works for a printing company. Loves his music and travelling, and a huge spurs fan.
- We’re all pretty chilled out, friendly and outgoing people so are looking for someone with a similar vibe
Bills Breakdown: (Split 3 ways)
- Council Tax: £242/month
- Electricity: Approx. £120/month
- Water: Approx. £30/month
- Internet: £28.50/month
- Total rent for the flat is £2,700/month, split between 3 tenants (the rent is higher for the larger room with ensuite, the other two rooms, including this one, work out to be £860/month + £140/month bills
- A small amount is usually left over after bills are paid, which we use to purchase shared cleaning and washing products for the flat from a shared account
Location:
- Just off Seven Sisters Road
- 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria, Piccadilly & National Rail)
- Lots of shops, cafes, and green spaces nearby (Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose all <10 min walk away)
Tenancy Details:
- You’ll be taking over my current agreement, which expires on 7th March 2026. So this is a 4 month rental lease.
- Around December, the letting agency will be in touch to ask if you’d like to renew the tenancy. I can't guarantee whether the rent will stay the the same. The past years it has usually gone up £100 overall, so this is £33 extra between 3.
- Ideal for someone looking for a short-term stay with the option to extend depending on the agency’s terms.
Reach out if you think this could be a good fit and looking forward to meeting you!
Thanks,
Dan
