Hi all! I’m looking to rent out my room whilst in Australia over Christmas and New Year.

🚇 8 minute walk to Finsbury Park station - Victoria/Piccadilly tube lines/Thames Link/great bus routes

I live with 3 mates from school, all working professionals in the City (finance and recruitment) Great lads, always up for a beer on Friday/Saturday nights (we have some great locals - Faltering Fullback/Plimsoll/even Rowans) into the gym, watching sport on tele.

The flat itself is a lovely modern first floor number, two bathrooms so you’ll only be sharing with one other which is super convenient! Very clean and tidy flat, great set up in the living room with a big tele, all the steaming services and Sky. The bedroom is a nice size, double bed with natural light, warm and plenty of storage. (Worth noting the images attached are from the letting website, I’m away and don’t have pictures of its current condition, although it’s not dissimilar)

This would be the perfect scenario for someone visiting London for the festive period or needing somewhere to stay for New Years.
