We are 3 fun and friendly 3, currently living in Holloway; aged between 24-27.

We have found a beautiful 4 bed flat just off Seven Sisters Road, available to move in from 29th November. It is £704 pcm, with a deposit of £975. There are also agency reference fees of £180. So £1859 total would need to be paid before moving.

The flat is brand new, has 4 double ensuite rooms, a large open plan kitchen/living room, and a guest WC. It is offered furnished/unfurnished depending on what you need! Each room has a built in wardrobe.

It's situated in a brand new block, which has video entry, and it takes up the whole top floor of the building.

A bit about us; we are all professionals and have been in London for 4 years. We sometimes work long hours during the week, but are always up for a glass of wine and a good chat, as well as going out most weekends.
