Clean, spacious second floor flat on Shacklewell Lane. The room is available at the end of January for a Monday to Friday let.

It's a great location minutes away from lively Kingsland Road and Dalston, but situated in the quiet Shacklewell neighbourhood walkable to Stoke Newington / Church Street and Clapton. It is very quickly commutable to the City (10 minutes train).

The double bedroom up for rent gets great light through the window, and comes with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, multiple in-built shelves, and an extra bedside shelving unit.

I'm looking for a professional individual to join the flat, who requires a base in the weekdays in London this year.

Shacklewell Lane itself has lots of lovely restaurants, bars, cafes, and of course lots of Turkish restaurants in the neighbourhood. Hackney Downs Studios, by the park, is just over the road also.

About me:
I am 28 years old, and I work as a magazine journalist.
I am probably out 1-2 evenings in the week, at screenings or with friends, but generally I stay at home and relax after work. Sometimes I will have some writing I need to do in the evenings, also.

I would love to find an easygoing flatmate who is also quiet, tidy and respectful of the space. I would want whoever moves in to feel totally at home + enjoy being in the neighbourhood, which has so many great spots and plus points.
