Hi there! I am subletting a very nice large double room, very close to Dalston Kingsland Station. You would be sharing the flat with two Italian professionals and one 7yo boy. We are very chill, barely at home. My son and I use the upper floor. You would be sharing the floor and bathroom with an Italian guy. The kitchen has a dish washer and several appliances such as air fryer and thermomix. You won't have to pay any extra for bills, wifi or council tax. Kitchen rolls and toilet rolls, and hand soap and bin bags are included as well. We have an abandoned garden at the back that you are free to enjoy if you wish.
