On the top floor, we have an open kitchen full furnished with an oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer, microwave & washing machine. We have also a large balcony with view on a church and a park, the perfect spot for a BBQ during the summer.



The room has a large slide door which gives you access to a private sunny balcony. The room is ensuite and furnished with a double bed, closet, dresser, bedside table, mirror.



The building is a former elementary school refurbished only 12 years ago. The neighbours are very quiet, most of them are family with kids.



My two current housemates are friendly young professionals working in the City. And they are looking for a young professional, friendly, tidy and easy going flatmate.

10 min DLR / Overground to Bank, Shoreditch and Carary Wharf
20 min walk to Liverpool street, Bank, Shoreditch

Bills: +- 100 GBP/month (included water, electricity, TV and cleaner every 2 weeks for the rooms and the common area)
