Double Room with Private Toilet for Single Tenant

Hi! We are looking for one flatmate for our beloved house in E1, starting early to mid November.
This is a 3 bedroom house on 3 floors, with 2.5 bathrooms and a nice living room. We are looking to fill the bedroom on the top floor, which comes with a private toilet (shower and bathtub are on the first and ground floor) and a landing only you will have access to. It is a nice sized furnished double room (bigger and better in person I promise!), bright and airy. It comes with two roof windows and tons of storage space. Only a couple of the furniture items you see belong to the current tenant, most will stay there for you to take over. Perfect for working from home or for someone who likes their alone time.

You would have 4 flatmates, a couple and two girls, all in our twenties or early thirties. We have very different schedules and we use the kitchen and the bathrooms at different times, so it never feels crowded. We mostly work in hospitality so aren’t home much.
Our ideal tenant would be clean, friendly and laid back. We are all usually chilled, up for a catch up, a tea or a board game night, but also love our personal space.

The property is walking distance from all the main supermarkets, plus you will find a few parks, the riverside and even a small lake a short walk away.
Shadwell, Limehouse and Whitechapel stations are all 8-15 mins walk away.

The price of the room is £925 pcm for a single tenant. Utilities, council tax and wifi aren’t included and usually come up to £70-80 per month.
