Hey ladies! From 18th June one of the bedrooms in my flat will become available again!
I have been living in the flat since I bought it in 2018 and redecorated it throughout as you can see from the pics! You’d only share with myself, 30yo professional who will be partly working from home.
ROOM:
The price for the smaller room is £ 750 💲 bills included
The area E1 (Shadwell dlr and overground are 2 mins walk)
The room 🛏 has a small double bed, the carpet has been removed so there’s now laminate, a 2 doors wardrobe (which can also fit a chest of drawers inside) and a full length mirror.
There is 1 🛁 and two big cupboards in the corridor which we can share for extra storage! (It is actually quite a lot of space, will show you more pics if needed!)
The living room and kitchen are spacious and have all the usual appliances (microwave, kettle, washing machine and dryer, big fridge freezer, pots and pans) and also a comfy 🛋 That as you can see from the picture can be extended to watch movies!
A bit about myself 💁🏻♀️ I love food and travels and I am a fan of thriller books and true crime documentaries 🤣 when I’m not working I’m out and about either in London trying all of the brunch spots (even better if bottomless) or travelling!
