Double Room in Post-grad Female Flatshare!!

Furnished double room fitted with bed, wardrode, bedside table and (window) access to shared balcony with another room in our flat.

Looking for preferably female student, even better if post-grad, to move in on the 20th September: looking to fill this space ASAP!! If you're not a student, you'd have to be okay with paying/sorting council tax yourself (Band C). The room doesn't have space for a desk, but we have a large dining table downstairs: therefore ideally looking for someone who does not WFH 5 days a week.


PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE A UK BASED GUARANTOR!
Rent is £820 per month, water and electricity bills are fixed for the whole year, and are sorted by landlord, we pay £47.50 each monthly, we won't be paying council tax if you are a student and wi-fi will be around 10 each. So all-in-all around £880 bills included.

**About the flat**

Duplex flat on the third and fourth floor, deck access flat with lift/stair access from the vibrant Watney Market. Entry to flat has 180° views of London's skyline, as shown in pics. Flat has open plan kitchen-dining and living, the full length wrapped by a balcony. Flat has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. Flat is located in Shadwell, a 2 min walk from DLR station and Overground station! 15 min walk to Whitechapel station. 10 min walk to St Katherines Docks and Wapping, where you can find bars and restaurants on the Thames, 20 min walk to Tower Bridge and to Zone 1.

**Current flatmates**

The three of us are going to be starting Masters degrees in September - I will be studying Architecture at CSM, Maria will be studying Digital Media at London Met, and Rhiana will be doing Film and Performance at CSM.

A little bit about us, we are three creative individuals: I like socialising, lifting weights and sewing, and Maria likes photography, painting and yoga! Rhiana likes cooking, yoga, cinema, and meditation. We all like our own space but also enjoy being social but no pressure if you like to keep to yourself!
