Mon-Thu, Underground station visible from property

This ad is for 3 nights per week (please message if you require more, but I am not renting the room on weekends)

The overground is within eyesight of the property and the DLR is also a short walk, providing quick access into the city.

I own the property and have a spare room that I currently rent out on Airbnb (can ask me for the listing to see the reviews).

The property is a multi level maisonette with two toilets and one bathroom. Walls are solid concrete, so noise doesn't travel much. Well equipped kitchen.

The only rules I really have are that I like to keep things clean and tidy. I like to especially keep the kitchen clean and it would only suit someone who also shares this same values.

You are free to leave your belongings in the room and I won't use the room when you're not here.

I work from home most of the time and often spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking.

The advertised price is including all bills and is for three nights per week.
