Hi everyone,
I’m looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I'm going to move with my friend. It's a stunning 2 bedroom in Aldgate East/ Tower Hill area. You will be living with Mani and her tiny furry friend Pukka. Very well behaved and Mani took always ensure that the common area is still very clean.
Maria is also 26, Spanish and work in the tech industry. She likes sports, cooking and chill. She works four days a week from home and one day in the office.
The room on offer is equipped with it's own separate bathroom and an amazing balcony with views out over Central/ East London. It's fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and two chest of drawers. Feel free also if you would like to move around furniture.
The flat is bright and spacious, all up to a high standard of finish throughout. We're on the 10th floor, with plenty of natural light. There is a fully stocked kitchen and utility cupboard, including washing machine/small dishwasher etc.
Regarding the building, it's a relatively recent build, 8 mins walk to Shdwell station, a 13 min walk to Tower Hill (Circle & District and DLR) or 10 mins to Aldgate East (District & Hammersmith and city line). The location is a 20-25 min walk into the City of London (Bank/ Monument). There's a Waitrose/ Sainsbury's local around the area, including many shops/restaurants etc nearby. We have a concierge, and small resident's gym.
Bills are not included in the price. The flat tends to get quite warm though, so not very high electricity bills.
Looking for someone that is clean, tidy and that is happy to set rules in the house with no issues!
You can get a weekly cleaner for the house or commit to clean the house on a weekly basis.
The not fun part :
Wifi £19
Council Tax £70
Water bills come every 6 months and it should be around 60ish£/ 6 months
Electricity around 40£-£60
Communal charges, bill comes every 3-4 months around 30-40£/ quarterly
All of this monthly except water bills. + communal charges. So in total should be around 150£
Note that this is managed by Dexters, so you will need to pass referencing steps. Landlord and agent are super helpful and they are always happy to help and repair things.
