Single room for u,at great area!

Hello everyone, I have a room for rent
Shadwel, start of zone 2, 10/15 min walk to
Tower Bridge, 17 minutes on the District line to
center, 10 minutes to Canary Warf on
DLR, 7 mins to Overground and station
DLR, house in good repair,
2 toilets and a bath.

There is a large garden, since it is an apartment on the 1st floor, there are 2 tables (1 larger, the other smaller), a not large sofa, another small coffee table, and there is also a private exit from the garden

5 rooms, each for 1 person, this is a single room, there is room for storing suitcases, etc.
The kitchen has forks, spoons, plates, mugs, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, everything is included in the rent!

The apartment is cleaned by a cleaning service, every one of them
2 weeks (this is included in the price) + full service of the apartment (in case something breaks)

Gas and electricity bills are not included in the rent, they will be responsible for 16% of the bill.
