Room in Shadwell

Greetings,

This is a two-story house and I am currently seeking lodgers for the 2nd floor, which comprises of three bedrooms - two double and one single. I am specifically looking to rent out one double (taken) and one single room (available) to female lodgers.

First floor is occupied by landlord and daughter. And the 2nd floor currently empty.

While I prefer shorter stays, I am open to considering a maximum duration of six months. A lodger agreement will be provided as the rooms will be rented out for lodging purposes.

The rent includes all bills and the house is fully furnished, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

The deposit along with the first month's rent payable on first day of stay.

Conditions includes not bringing in guests of any kind and be respectful.
