Double room with balcony, Shadwell/ Whitechapel

Hello,
I am looking for someone to take over my current lease from the 3/4/5th of August in this lovely room in Shadwell
I am leaving as I am moving in with friend, my current lease with “City Rooms” ends the 22nd of September but once you have over taken my lease they would be very amenable for you to extend the lease further
The room is beautiful and bright, with large windows and furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk and built in cupboard.
There is a shared kitchen, two showers with separate toilet.
WiFi included, all bills included apart from electricity (approx. £20 a month).
