Sunny Double Room in Shadwell Sublet

Bills and council tax come to about £70 in total, so for the whole month it would be £870

Hi! I am looking to rent this room from the 8th of August to the 10th of September.

10 minute walk to Shadwell station and 10 minute walk to Limehouse Station. 20 minute walk to Whitechapel Station (there are unfortunately no buses to Whitechapel station). Supermarket opposite the house, and a small Sainsburys 5 minutes down the road, Iceland 10 mins down the road at Watney Market. Bus stop right outside our house.

This sunny flat is really cute, with a well sized kitchen, shared living room and balcony with an amazing view! You can see the shard very clearly from here. One big bathroom with a shower and toilet and smaller second toilet downstairs.
The sun shines into all the rooms the entire day - my room has sun from the afternoon all the way to the evening.

You will be sharing with Mikaylah, a lovely 21 yr old Australian who is tidy, super nice and does her own thing. I would also be there, using my flatmates room (who will be travelling) - I am currently a student finishing uni, tidy and love to cook for people. Viktor our fourth flatmate may or may not be here (hes not sure what his plans are yet)- he is 24, very sweet and welcoming and currently working as a full time barista. Viktor usually uses the toilet downstairs and only goes upstairs to use the shower so its basically a bathroom shared between 3 and we like to keep it nice and clean :).

We want someone who is tidy, kind and quiet in the flat. As a Muslim, I want someone who wont bring any drugs or alcohol into the flat, and ofcourse no men please . Otherwise its a super cosy atmosphere and Viktor and I always share meals in the evening, which you are so welcome to join!
