Friendly Flatshare in East!

Heya! We’re looking for another lovely person to join our house in Whitechapel. Here’s a bit about the house and us:

🛌 the room: furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers. It has a light and bright east-facing window (morning sunshine)
🏡 the house: 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, townhouse with a great courtyard out the back. We rent directly from our landlord who we have a great relationship with, she really looks after us!
💷 the logistics: rent is £800 bills come to approx £70. House viewings will be in the evenings as soon as you're available
📍the location: smack-bang between Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith, Overground) and Shadwell (DLR) stations. Super close to a big sainsburys (woo) as well as a little one. Local amenities are The George Tavern, Stepney City Farm, Genesis Cinema, as well as a quick walk to various gyms and shops
👯‍♀️ we're three gals aged 26-29 from America, England and NZ. We’ve met through this flatshare so have our own lives but have become super close living together. We work across the public sector, hospitality and HR (two WFH a day or few a week). We are clean and always help each other out
🐈 the baby boy: we recently adopted a cat who now rules the house and loves a snuggle. He is a little escape artist so we have to be conscious of keeping windows and doors closed
🥰 the vibes: we love hanging out in the evenings, watching a series together or having a D&M over a wine or three. Someone is usually up for a walk, market or picnic on the weekends and we cook together for celebrations. LGBTIQA+ and POC friendly
🙋‍♀️ you?: we’re looking for someone of a similar age and lifestyle join the house. Someone that can easily slot in. No couples sorry but partner’s welcome to stay
