Sunny Double Room in Shadwell Sublet ASAP

Bills and council tax come to about £70 in total, so for the whole month it would be £890

Hi! I am looking to rent this room from the 14th of August to the 10th of September. Dates can be discussed!! The date is fast approaching so please do get in contact :).

10 minute walk to Shadwell station and 10 minute walk to Limehouse Station. 20 minute walk to Whitechapel Station (there are unfortunately no buses to Whitechapel station). Supermarket opposite the house, and a small Sainsburys 5 minutes down the road, Iceland 10 mins down the road at Watney Market. Bus stop right outside our house.

This sunny flat is really cute, with a well sized kitchen, shared living room and balcony with an amazing view! You can see the shard very clearly from here. One big bathroom with a shower and toilet and smaller second toilet downstairs.
The sun shines into all the rooms the entire day - my room has sun from the afternoon all the way to the evening. The area feels very safe and we are next to a school and a lot of shops, and also Stepney Green park which is nice to read in :).

You will be sharing with Mikaylah, a lovely 21 yr old Australian who is tidy, super nice and does her own thing and often travels. Safa is just finishing university, loves to cook for people and is very friendly. Anna, who will come back from travels for the last part of the sublet (she will be returning on the 29th of August) is outgoing, sporty and also loves to cook and have a laugh and also finishing university. I myself (Viktor :)) am a working professional and am moving out on the 14th/15th of August.

We want someone who is tidy, kind and quiet in the flat. We love a cosy and comfy atmosphere, so please no drugs or alcohol and also please dont bring men home (unless theyre friends!). We are a very friendly and easy going bunch, and it when I move out it will be an all women household.
