2 rooms available in friendly Shadwell flat

There are 2 rooms available in my 3 bed flat in Shadwell. The flat is right outside the Shadwell overground station and literally 2 minutes from the DLR. It’s on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, and covers 4 floors (so it feels as though there is loads of space). There is a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with a little balcony.

Room 1: £750 - On the slightly smaller side but with a wardrobe and space for a small desk. It has a shared balcony which means the room gets loads of light

Room 2: £815 - The biggest room with a huge wardrobe and double bed. Room for a desk.

Please let me know which room you are interested in! Not planning to have a pair of 2 friends move in because of dynamics - but please do reach out if you think you both will be good fits. Bills come to around £120 a month and deposit around £900.

I have really loved living here, my two current flat mates are planning to go work on a cruise so have found a more temporary place. Move in date Is the 1st October for a 12 month contract. At this point it’s putting an offer as a group of 3 to the landlord, with the request to redecorate the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. But the agent said because im staying on as a tenant it’s very likely the landlord will accept.

The area is great, I feel really safe in Shadwell, and there is a Tescos and Iceland close by. We have a church (designed by Hawksmore) outside our flat, with a little park aswell. It’s also SO WELL connected with DLR, Overground and the on the C3 cycle lane.

A little about me, im Beth, im 26 and im a graphic designer. In spare time I love to swim, read, discover new places in London, occasionally climb, go to jam sessions, but in general just enjoy the joys if living in London (even if thats just playing spike ball in the park or binge watching a tv series at home lol). I work from home 2 days a week.

I really want to make this place feel more and more like a little home so would love to find people who dont just hide in their rooms but want to make this place their home and form friendships.
