Are you looking for a bright, cosy room to settle in for your studies? Then this is the room for you! 🌸

Situated in Shadwell, East London, the flat is super close to many amenities such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, as well as the Overground and DLR 🚇

The flat has a kitchen and living room with a balcony, which is right above the famous Watney Market 🛒

The bathroom also receives quite a lot of light, and has a shower and a bath, as well as a toilet (there is also one downstairs at the entrance) 🌀

The room is on the top floor, and although it is quite small (5m2), it has a small double bed, a cupboard, a mirror, AND a window where you can see from the second balcony the beautiful Canary Wharf in all its might at night ✨

You would be living with Anu, Maria and Rhiana, lovely women in their late twenties, who are all studying their postgraduate degree! 📚

You would fit right in if you are also a student (we’re so sorry, that’s a must due to council taxes), if you’re clean and tidy, and enjoy spending time with others all whilst respecting people’s spaces, especially in common areas. Overall, as long as you’re a fun, kind, likeminded person, you make the cut 🥰

~ Bills are not included in the rent price, and are handled by Anu, Maria and Rhiana respectively. They don’t amount to more than £50 a month, usually. The deposit is £1065 ~
