Double Room in spacious 4 bed flat in Shadwell

Hi guys, we are 3 individuals, 1 girl and 2 guys who are looking for a fourth flatmate in our spacious apartment in Shadwell. The flat is right next to Shadwell Station and 5-10 minute walk to Whitechapel and Aldgate East. We are all young professionals and will be working September onwards.

The flat has a living room and one bathroom and shower space which is separate from each other. I can send you a video if you're interested. Rent will be £925, not including bills.

We would prefer who's graduated and has a current job or a job offer. However if you're a student with a local guarantor then that also works. We have had someone drop out of the tenancy agreement so are looking to move on this as fast as we can as we are very close to signing the tenancy. Move in date will be 23rd September
