Seeking flatmate for house share in Shadwell, with 2 women and 1 man.

Preferably MSc student or recent graduate (22-26), for a beautiful double room with balcony (third room shown in video). The rent is 975 plus bills. The move in date is September 29th.

Any person seeking to live in this room must:

- Be legally eligible to live in the UK.

- Have proof of income in the form of an imminent job offer, or 3-months of bank statements. Or have a UK based guarantor, or 6-months rent up front.

- Be willing to commit to this house, sign a contract with the landlord (12 months with a 6-month break clause) and pay deposit and first month’s rent, over the next few days.

We are in the final stages of this process with the landlord and the deposit is to be paid (via OpenRent) soon, to the landlord.
