Looking for people to take on 4 rooms in a property in Shadwell.
About the rooms and the house:
Two of them are double bedrooms (900pcm), very similar in size. Super spacious, with a bed, wardrobe, and desk.
The other two are single bedrooms (550, 700), but they are equipped with a bed. They don't have much storage, but there's plenty of storage space at the house entrance for clothes, shoes, etc.
The house has two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment (except for a dishwasher).
Plus, we have a private garden.
DEPOSIT AND BILLS:
Deposit is 680 for each room.
Bills go up to around 100/120 pcm (depending on the month).
One of the rooms is already occupied by Ciro, 22 and from Spain. He works part-time in hospitality and freelances in the film industry. He is super interested in cinema, literature, music and bouldering.
Searching for people who can bring a nice vibe to the house, respectful and tidy. This is not a party house, but won't mind if you have people over.
Preferably young people in the creative industries, but everyone is welcome!
