Sublet Jan-April. LGBT house

Hi!

I am leaving London for 4 months for an adventure to Colombia and looking for somebody to sublet my room while I’m away.
I am a 27 year old lesbian and will be leaving behind a tv in my room and Xbox! My housemates Lou, 26 (non-binary, queer, vegan) and Nieve, 29 (straight ally, meat-eater but happy to go veggie to make anyone comfortable) are very friendly, love binge-watching Gilmore girls. We sometimes make flat dinners together and going for walks. No cis men pls. We like going out but try to keep the flat party-free (pres and socialising welcome though!). We’re not clean-freaks but are respectful and try to clean up after ourselves and keep the space tidy. We have 2 separate toilets and then a separate shower room (with bath). All 3 of these spaces are shared. We have a nice sized kitchen and lots of cooking utensils/plates/crockery etc that you’re welcome to use. Bedsheets available also!

The flat is really well connected (5 min walk to Limehouse DLR). 10 minute walk to Shadwell overground. Cycling routes also connect right outside but you would have to leave your bike chained up outside the front entrance. Really quiet area, nearby to a cute yurt cafe, tobacco dock and great Pakistani restaurants.

Our preference is somebody 25-35, queer and friendly but we’re open to anybody that feels they’d get along with the above!
