The occupant will share a bathroom with one other tenant. The room is semi furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The room is near the front door of the flat enabling easy coming and going.

The flat has a communal living room, a kitchen dinner and a balcony.

There is an additional bathroom on the top floor.

This room is available due to a tenant moving out suddenly. The current tenants have not been able to find someone else quickly to take the room so I am now looking for someone on their behalf.
