Large double room, fully furnished

Hi all, I’ve been living here for 2 years with a roommate. She’s decided to travel but I really like the location so I’m deciding to stay! I’m from East Sussex so normally live a very calm/ lowkey lifestyle.

Yours will be the larger room. The pictures are of it when I first moved in so all the furniture there is included. I’ve fully furnished the rest of the flat. You would have built in wardrobes and double doors that lead to the garden/patio. You’ll have cupboard space in the kitchen and bathroom.

Only downside is there’s one bathroom but I’m quite neat and tidy and prefer my room mate to be too! I try to keep all products down to a minimum. Our shared spaces should be equally tidy.

There a patio/ garden that follows all the rooms. All rooms have access to the outside area. I’m green-thumbed so I’ve got a few flowers outdoors and love the company when I garden 😁 Also a cute seating area too!

I love to watch movies and play board games so I’m happy if you would like to join in! I work from home with occasional work days, so can pick up packages.

Bills usually come in at £100-200 per month since I try to keep water and energy usage quite low.

Would love a long term tenancy that wants to stay the full 12 months or more.
