2 rooms in a 4 bedroom flat (Shadwell - Zone 1/2)

Hello!

We are two (French) girls (one PhD student and a law professional) looking for two new flatmates!

We are looking for fun, chill and clean people!
We would love for this flat to feel like home: we love to spend time together, but we also don't want to feel forced to 'hang out'!
We both love video games, anime, pop culture, but also museums and concerts!

The area:
This is a residential area between Wapping and Whitechapel! It is very close to St Katherine Docks and Aldgate East.
25/30min walk to the City, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch!
Lively area with smaller shops and nice pubs.

close to transportation links, so very convenient to get around London!
- 5/10 min walk to Shadwell overground/DLR station
- 20min walk to Whitechapel Tube station
- tonnes of buses!
- closest train station: Liverpool St

Two rooms are available:
- a small single room £670/pm - available mid June
- a large double room with a "private" balcony £800/pm - available in July (date tbc)

The flat is mostly furnished and both rooms as well:
- large room: a bed, two wardrobes, a wooden table, a bedside table, two chairs and a dresser
- small room: a bed, a dresser, a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table
- one bathroom
- a separate toilet
- a kitchen
- storage spaces
(no living room)

Bills (including internet): around £50/pm

Council tax: if you are a student, you are exempt, but if you are a professional, then you'll have to add it to your expenses.

Flatmates preferences:
- no gender preference
- students (postgrad) and professionals
- non-smokers if possible
- we are both veggie, so it would be ideal if you were as well, but it is not a requirement!
- LGBTQ+ welcome!
