Cozy single room in 4 bed flat in Shadwell

I am looking for someone to move into the last room in a 4 room flatshare in Shadwell (near Whitechapel/Wapping/Limehouse)!

The flat is 100sqm with 4 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room space and one bathroom with a separate shower space. It’s a 1 minute walk away from DLR and Overground stations and about 6 mins away from Bank via DLR/3-4 minutes from Whitechapel via Overground.

You would be living with:
•⁠ ⁠Siddharth, 23 yo from India working in retail, loves following sports, running, cooking and a cozy night in
•⁠ Edmundo, yo from Mexico working in consultancy.
•⁠ Kush, 26 yo from India, working as a Data Scientist in a startup in Farringdon. Love to workout, fiddle with computers and watch football at the pub

We are looking for anyone between 20-30, and someone who is keen on moving into a lively flat. We have dinners together and do activities as well whenever we find the time (theatre, day trips, museums, coffee, runs, or going to the pub…). We would like someone who is generally clean and can stick to a cleaning schedule we can draft.

The tenancy starting on 28th September will be for a 12 month term, but there is scope for you to find a replacement tenant if you need to move before the end of the 12 month lease.

The room itself bright and has north-facing windows, and comes fully furnished.
