My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely 4-bed flat in Shadwell, and we’re looking for two lovely people to take over our rooms.
📍 Location
We’re about 10 mins from the Overground (Windrush line) and DLR, and around 15 mins from Tower Hill and Aldgate East (District, Circle & Hammersmith lines).
The Cycle Superhighway runs right by the flat, so there are amazing routes across London, and the Elizabeth Line (from Whitechapel) is super close too.
💰 Rent
• £850 pcm – larger double room
• £825 pcm – smaller double room
Both rooms are fully furnished with plenty of storage space.

It’s a great spot — 20 mins to Central, 20 min walk to Shoreditch, close to the river and the City. Perfect if you work or hang out in those areas.
One of our current flatmates, Camille (26), will be staying on. She’s a working professional who likes keeping the flat calm, tidy and relaxed. We have a nice, chilled vibe but we do keep to a rota to stay on top of things.
Camille’s artistic, enjoys her own space but also likes to hang out — she’s ideally looking for other working professionals in their 20s–30s who are on a similar wavelength.
Léane(23) is our newest roommate, she moved in just a week ago. Léane arrived one month ago from France to do her master degree in social anthropology. A bit about Léane she loves discovering new places, cultures and people, l'm a veggie girl and a dancer, I love coffees and matcha and hanging out with my loved ones :))I'm always keen for a chill chit chat/ movie night but also love a good night out.
