Bright & Quiet Room with your own bathroom in Shadwell – 5 mins to DLR/Overground – Perfect for City/Canary Wharf Professionals

I’m renting out a lovely bedroom room in a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat in Shadwell.
Location is incredibly convenient: only 5 minutes’ walk to Shadwell DLR/Overground, and about 30 minutes’ walk to Liverpool Street. Ideal for anyone working in the City, Liverpool Street, or Canary Wharf.

The flat is bright, peaceful and well-maintained – it really feels like a quiet escape from the busy city. I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been extremely comfortable. The landlord is private (no agency), very kind, and quick to fix anything.

Rent & Bills:
Total monthly cost is around £1,300 all-in (rent + electricity only + council tax).
Rent is paid monthly, so I’m looking for someone who is a working professional.

What I’m looking for in a flatmate:

✅Quiet at home and clean/tidy
✅We can agree on WFH schedules to avoid disturbance (I WFH 2–3 days/week in the living room; your room has space for a desk)
❌Prefer not to have your partners home overnight
❓Friends are welcome occasionally, but preferably not too often and not longer than half a day
