We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, relaxed, 3-bed flat in Shadwell. Two of us are renewing our tenancy and hoping to find someone easy-going to complete the home.
The flat is great value at £920 per month with bills taking it to about £1000.

•Large double room – spacious and bright
•Large living area with a balcony
•Good-sized kitchen stocked with all kitchen utensils needed
•Two toilets, so no queues in the morning
•Excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from DLR & Overground, ideal for commuting into the City (4 minutes to Bank) or across East-North London. Central is also a walkable distance of you prefer.

•The other, also called Jack (easy to remember our names), is a life sciences consultant (27)
We’re both laid-back and friendly guys, happy to have a chat and socialise, but also like to do our own thing.
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going. We’re ideally looking for a professional aged 24-32.
