Room available in a nice house near the station

Looking someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving in with my partner. It’s a spacious three story house, 3mins away from Shadwell station, 20min walk to Liverpool st. Room is facing the garden so it’s pretty quiet. There are two other girls living at the flat (28-32) and you’d be sharing the bathroom with only one person (there is also another extra toilet on the ground floor). The room is quite small so I sleep on a very comfy futon to have more space for martial arts 🤺I’m willing to sell it for a fraction of the price if you’d like. There’s a very large wardrobe in the room and plenty of cupboards and extra storage around the house too. One of my flatmates has a very sweet dog named Pesa, so hope you’re ok with dogs! There’s great central heating, mould free, and the house is really tidy and good vibes
