The flat is right in the heart of Zone 2 and really well connected. Shadwell Station (Overground & DLR) is just a 2-minute walk away, and it’s only one stop to Bank and Whitechapel. You can get to most major London hubs within 20 minutes. It’s also a lovely 25-minute walk to Tower Bridge and St Katharine Docks, which is great for weekends or an easy walk into the City.

The available room is a spacious, bright double that comes with its own wall-mounted TV, loads of built-in wardrobe space, and clever storage, which is ideal if you have suitcases or extra belongings. There’s plenty of natural light from the large windows and enough space for a proper desk setup, as shown in the photos.

The room rent is £950 and bills come up to £80 (winter months) which includes gas, WiFi, water and council tax. Electricity is included in the rent.

The flat itself is a clean, modern 3-bed apartment that’s easy to live in. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space, a modern bathroom with a full bath and shower, and a private balcony with a handy garbage chute. Entry is via a secure Smart Lock system.

The two current flatmates are both Indian, friendly working professionals - one works in finance and the other in hospitality. They’re easygoing, respectful and very mindful of personal space and privacy. ☺️

I’m moving out to get a place with my partner, so the room is becoming available. I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave this space and the friends I have made! ♥️
