£1,020 per month. Available from 28th April (earlier move-in date possible). Bills comes to arround £100 per month depending on usage.

The Room: The bedroom is a great size and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. A really great space to make your own!

The Flat: Our lovely 4-bedroom flat has 2 bathrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and a living area with plenty of natural light. We have our own outdoor space with a BBQ ready for summer! Also some space to attempt to garden like we have.

The area : Shadwell is chill and residential, yet really well connected. We are 3min from Shadwell station (DLR/Overground), and you’re within walking distance of some of the best pubs in London (in our opinion!). The Shadwell Basin and the Thames Path are just minutes away as-well!

Adam and I have been living here with two other friends for the past year and genuinely love the flat. We really value it being a cosy, welcoming home. We enjoy cooking together, going to the pub, movie nights, and hosting friends. We are as much friends as we are flatmates. But we also have our own lives and value personal space and downtime when needed.
Jacqui will be joining us at the beginning of April with her lovely cat, Akari 🐱
