We’re looking for someone to join our friendly Shadwell flat just minutes from the river, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, and the City. The location is genuinely incredible for the price — you’re one DLR stop from Bank and on the Windrush line.

🛏️ The Room
Fully furnished double room that comfortably fits a proper double bed. Quiet, cosy, and great value for central London.

🏡 The Flat
• Large private patio — perfect for summer evenings, BBQs and the occasional get-together 🌞
• Social vibe: not a party house, but we’re friendly and do host gatherings from time to time
• 2 bathrooms, so you’d only be sharing with one flatmate!
• Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
• Bills ~£150/month, including a cleaner for the communal areas

👯 Your Flatmates
You’ll be living with 3 others: one guy who works in finance and two girls, one works in the music industry and one works as a consultant. We’re all warm, easygoing people who want the place to feel like home.
