Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate to join my 2 bedroom maisonette flat in Shadwell / Whitechapel E1. The room is available from the 14th August 2026 (please message me if you have a different date in mind and we can try to make that work). Ideally, I am looking for a clean and friendly female flatmate :)

- Furnished
- Built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space and full length mirror
- Window and natural light
- Has space for a desk and chair or chest of drawers
- Plug socket by the bed
🏡 About the flat:
- Bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, mirror, drawers, towel heater and additional storage space
- Well-sized kitchen area, with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/hob, kettle, microwave, hoover with lots of storage space
- Living room space with a sofa, TV, coffee table and dining room table
- Secure video doorbell and locking system for safety
- Maisonette style flat so the bedrooms are upstairs and common areas are downstairs
- Council tax band C

- lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby
- 1 minute walk to Tescos and Post Office
- 10 minutes walk to a big Sainsburys
The location is great because you can easily walk to Spitafields and Shoreditch, into the city at Aldgate and Bank or to Wapping/the Thames.

- Direct access to Bank or Tower Hill on the DLR

I am quiet, clean and respectful as a flatmate. My current flatmate said I'm very considerate and easy going to live with.
I am friendly and social, I enjoy hanging out with friends, movie nights in or sharing sweet treats I have baked. I'm 23 years old and about to begin a job in law in the city.
I have a very good relationship with the landlord who responds quickly and takes any issues with the flat seriously. The landlord requires you to have either a UK-based guarantor for the rent or 6 months of bank statements, 3 months of payslips and an official letter from your university or employer confirming your role.
