After 2 years, my housemate is moving out of the flat, which means his double room in Shadwell/Wapping will be available from Oct. 8th.
Move in date is flexible, anytime from Oct 8th (eventually even earlier if strictly require) to Nov. 3rd.
Flat is fully furnished and both landlord & estate agent have been always responsive and reactive .
Bills are roughly £150 per month - Gas/Electricity, Water, WiFi and Council Tax.
A modern flat in an ideal location for professionals working in the City. 5 min walk to Shadwell DLR, 10 min walk to St Katherine’s Docks, and 15-20 min walk to Bank.
All local amenities are close by, e. g. Gyms, shops and pubs/restaurants.
I work from the office all week and I often flies abroad. Sometimes I even work remotely for few days from Italy, where I am originally from.
I like to live in a tidy and clean house.
