‼️Please note that this is not a party house and we will only accept woman and working professionals ‼️

🏠 Room 2: Available around 10th October (move-in date TBC). The room is unfurnished and you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person. Rent is £950 per month, bills excluded (bills are around £130 per month per person).

Until the end of October you'll also be living with our current flatmate Noor and her dog, Pesa, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs.

👫 You'll be living with a couple, Olivia (29) and Jupiter (28): We're very social and calm people. Olivia works in marketing, loves discovering new brunch places, running, and is always down do to something. Jupiter works in sales, loves calisthenics and always enjoys a good pint at the pub.

We're looking for people who want to create a real home together, not just cohabit. We like to hang out and do things together from time to time, but we also respect each other's personal space.

Ideally, we're looking for someone in their late 20s to mid 30s, working professional, sociable, and happy to do their share of the cleaning.
