Very suitable for a professional looking to move very close to the City and Canary Wharf. There is not a lounge so to share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet with another four professionals with different schedules which means there is not a queue for the shower.

The whole flat has laminated floors and is very clean as it is cleaned thoroughly once a week. The right candidate should be able to keep the communal areas like that and be familiar with a green way of living and green issues like separating food and recycling etc. Also, expected not to be a smoker.
