Large modern apartment

Hi, I've been living in the apartment for the last 6 months and my flat mate is now moving out to live with his girlfriend.

The apartment is modern, spacious, and with large bedrooms. The room for rent is a double and has its own bathroom but not en'suite. We also have broadband.

We have small balcony from the living room with fantastic views! - I'm yet to spend a evening out there with a glass of wine!

The rent doesn't include the bills, but if you need to know more about the these, please let me know.

Location; The flat is well situated, as Shadwell DRL and Overground are 2mins walk from the flat. And around 10mins walk from Sainsburys or Waitrose. Its also 20mins walk from brick lane if you find yourself stumbling home!

A little about me; I'm a full time personal trainer, and work in Wapping which is right on the doorstep for me. I enjoy cooking good grub, chilling out in the evenings when i can, going out with friends to local areas and the odd cinema trip. I'm a fairly busy guy but I'm clean and tidy.
