Double rm available in fab 3 bed maisonette in E1

2 sociable friendly Bristish girls looking for a new housemate (pref a 25-35 year old professional) for our fab 3 bed maisonnette close to Shadwell DLR and overground (1 stop to Bank and Whitechapel). Excellent location for the city and the delights of East London with loads of amenities close by.

We are 29 and 31 and work in IT support and Engineering. Our interests include, going out drinking, going to the theatre / cinema, pubs / restaurants, watching sport, generally enjoying what London has to offer. We also enjoy chilling at home sometimes and we'll try and eat together whenever possible.

Our spacious house is great for entertaining and there's a fab west facing garden, we have a large living room, separate kitchen / diner, bathroom with bath and electric shower, additional downstairs WC. The room is a reasonable size and has a double bed (brand new mattress), a single wardrobe and additional cupboard space. It has just been re-decorated!
